One-Year Limited Warranty
BeBling is proud to offer a One-Year Limited Warranty on all our jewelry, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.A manufacturing defect is a flaw or fault that arises from the creation process. Examples include:•A faulty clasp or closure.•A weak or broken solder joint.•A stone that falls out of its setting due to a demonstrable flaw in the setting itself (not due to impact or damage).
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty is designed to cover issues that arise from the manufacturing process. It does not cover issues that result from everyday life or improper care. The following are not covered under our warranty:•Normal Wear and Tear: This includes minor scratches, scuffs, tarnishing, or fading that naturally occur over time with regular wear.•Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or impact. This includes, but is not limited to, bent rings, chipped or cracked stones, and broken chains.•Loss or Theft: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.•Improper Care: Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals (e.g., perfumes, lotions, cleaning agents), improper cleaning methods, or storage.•Third-Party Alterations: Any repair, resizing, or other service performed by a jeweler other than BeBling will void this warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps to initiate a claim:1.Contact Us: Email our customer care team at care@beblingjewelry.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim - [Your Order Number]".2.Provide Details: In your email, please include:•Your full name and order number.•A clear description of the issue.•High-quality photos or a short video showing the defect from multiple angles.3.Await Assessment: Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days. If your claim is approved for further inspection, we will provide you with instructions on how to securely ship the item back to us.
Our Resolution Process
Once we receive the item, our jewelers will conduct a professional inspection to determine if the issue is a manufacturing defect.•If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:•Repair the item free of charge.•Replace the item with the same piece, if available.•If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a store credit of equal value to the original purchase price.•If the damage is determined not to be a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and provide a quote for a potential repair. You will be responsible for the cost of the repair and all associated shipping fees.
