Processing Time & Order Cut-off

All BeBling fine jewelry orders are carefully inspected and prepared before dispatch.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (HKT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected method.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Complimentary Standard International Shipping on all orders over $500 USD / $3,900 HKD.
  • For orders below this threshold, shipping fees will be displayed clearly at the final checkout stage.
International Shipping & Customs

BeBling ships to most countries worldwide. Please note:
  • Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
  • Legal Declaration: All shipments are declared at full value as required by law. We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or under-declare the value.
Signature Requirement & Security

For the security of your fine jewelry, a signature is required upon delivery for all Express International orders. We highly recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package.

Shipment Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received tracking info within 3 business days, please reach out to our team at info@bebling.net.

Return & Refund Policy

At BeBling, we stand behind the quality of our fine jewelry craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you through the return and refund process.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including any certificates or authenticity cards.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Fees & Responsibility
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, BeBling will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please contact our team at info@bebling.net to receive a prepaid return label.
  • Change of Mind: For all other returns (change of mind, style preference), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final sale.
  • Customized or Engraved Jewelry: Any piece that has been personalized or modified at the customer's request is non-returnable.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection is complete.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay).
  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within 5–7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at info@bebling.net.
